Mackenzie Minnick graduated from Hardin-Simmons University Physician Assistant Program in Abilene, TX and attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX for her undergraduate degree. Go Frogs! With a heavy sport-oriented childhood and adulthood, she experienced many orthopedic injuries of her own. This allows her to fully understand the process of an injury and genuinely empathize with her patients.

Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending quality time with her friends, commonly traversing the sandy beachside on the weekends. Mackenzie strives to find balance between work and her personal life and ensures she stays optimally healthy mentally, spiritually, and physically. She enjoys attending church, practicing mindfulness techniques, exercising, eating well, and getting enough sleep. She is curious about all categories surrounding health and wellness, and is always looking to learn more about herself and others.
